AMPALOLAS is a visual exploration where reality dissolves into dream. Traditionally associated with a dream-like state, poppies here become sensory portals: their shapes, whispers of color, and almost tangible fragrance awaken a quiet joy, a sense of magic, in the woman who discovers them.
This series does not aim to document the world as it is, but as it feels in the fleeting instant of discovery. Through a deliberately soft technique — slow shutter speeds, blurred contours, light suspended in air — the images evoke an atmosphere rooted in Impressionism. Rather than capturing subjects, they capture the soul of light, the trembling of color, the emotion of a moment already slipping away.
A tribute to the ephemeral — to a beauty that is not named, but felt.
